Shipping & Returns

Delivery times
We do our very best to ship every order as fast as possible. Sometimes higher order volumes or slow carriers might be causing delays. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

We offer UPS ground shipping on all EU-wide orders, providing a tracking number to you by e-mail once your order has been processed. Deliveries within Germany take about 2-3 business days (allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing). Within the EU the delivery time is slightly longer depending on your location at 3 and 7 business days. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select our expedited shipping option at checkout.

Please note, all packages are sent with carrier provided insurance and a signature is required for delivery.For international shipping please see below or get in touch to talk to you about possible options:

Shipping costs
For orders within Germany we offer flat rate shipping for 4.95 €. Shipping for all orders over 50.00 € is free of charge.

Within the EU shipping is free on all orders above 85.00 €. For all other orders below there is a flat rate fee of 7.95 €.

Express delivery costs 15.00 € for orders to Germany and 25.00 € for EU-wide orders.

Shipping to the following EU countries
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Cyprus, Malta.

International orders
While we are currently only shipping to European destinations, there's always ways to make your order happen, even if you live outside the EU. From the date your piece arrives at your door, we give you 25 days to fall in love (though we do believe in love at first sight). If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us to initiate your return by sending an email to: To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.
